Counseling
for admission to B.Tech is scheduled from 14th
May 2017, will go
till 22ndMay 2017 and for M.Tech on 23rd
May 2017. Simultaneously,

The Counseling is
administered centrally at Kattankulathur
for the four campuses of SRM – Chennai, SRM Delhi, SRM
Haryana and SRM Amaravati .On the first day of
counselling (i.e 14th May 2017), Dr.Parrivendhar ,
Chancellor , SRM University awarded several scholarships
to recognize and reward highly talented students,
including Founders’ Scholarship – 100% waiver of tuition
and hostel fees which was offered to top 100 rank holders
of SRMJEEE for their excellent performance in the
examination and 38 candidates were offered the Employee
ward Scholarship . Also, Socio – Economic scholarship,
differently-abled scholarship, SRM Arts & culture
scholarship and scholarships to outstanding sports persons
were awarded.

The newly launched
Amaravati University has elicited
fantastic response from the students. Nearly 3178 students
expressed interest in applying for this campus. During the
first day of Cycle 1 admissions, 10 toppers of SRM JEEE
including the 51st rank holder has opted for Amarawati.
